What lemlist costs in 2026
The part that surprises people is data. The Email plan includes no credits. Finding and verifying an email costs 5 credits and a phone number 20, and credits come from a data add-on at $20 a month for 2,000 credits, which lemlist sizes at about 400 emails or 100 phone numbers. Multichannel includes 400 credits per user per month. Included plan credits reset monthly. Enrichment add-on credits roll over while that add-on stays active; one-off top-ups have separate rules. Email-finding charges apply when lemlist returns a deliverable or risky address.
Why the bill grows
Three things push a lemlist bill up:
- Finding emails costs extra on the Email plan. $69 for sending plus $20 for about 400 found emails is $89 a month before anything else.
- Multichannel is per user. A team of five on monthly billing pays 5 × $109 = $545 a month. LinkedIn steps, calls and SMS are only on this plan.
- Add-ons. Buying-intent signals are $29 a month for 100 signals, an SMS phone number is $15 a month, and WhatsApp is a paid add-on on Multichannel and Enterprise.
None of this is hidden; it is on lemlist's pricing page. It adds up when a small team only wanted to send good emails and follow up.
Reach-book.com for the same job
Email lookups are included in every plan, and top-up packs add 100 lookups for €16. A team of five fits in Team at €79 a month with lookups, the AI email writer, sequences, the shared inbox and sales reporting included. Current plans are on our pricing page.
What you keep and what you lose by switching
The feature table below lists both sides. Two details matter when you move a working setup:
- SMTP mailboxes. In Reach-book.com an SMTP mailbox runs sequences and syncs replies once you add its IMAP details; without IMAP it sends single emails only. Microsoft 365 mailboxes connect through Microsoft sign-in, because Microsoft blocks password sign-in over IMAP.
- What Reach-book.com adds. AI drafts written from each prospect's research and approved by you in a review queue, and a shared inbox with assignment, notes, reminders, reply detection and AI reply suggestions.
If your outreach depends on LinkedIn steps or calls inside the same sequence, stay with lemlist Multichannel. Reach-book.com is an email-first tool.
Worked example: a three-person team sending email only
Take a team of three that sends email sequences, finds about 300 new addresses a month and does not use LinkedIn steps or calls.
- lemlist Email, monthly billing: $69 for sending plus the $20 data add-on for 2,000 credits (about 400 emails) is $89 a month. Unlimited users, so all three are covered.
- lemlist Multichannel, monthly billing: 3 × $109 is $327 a month, with 1,200 credits included (about 240 emails at 5 credits each), so a busy month may still need the data add-on.
- Reach-book.com Team, monthly billing: €79 a month for up to ten seats with 250 email lookups and 250 enrichments, plus a €16 pack of 100 lookups in a busy month.
These examples use different currencies and allowances, so they are not an exact saving calculation. Compare the totals in your billing currency and check the included work. lemlist gives you a larger lead database and higher sending volume. Reach-book.com includes company research for each prospect, AI drafts written from that research, a shared inbox with assignment and notes, and deal tracking. Once a team needs Multichannel, lemlist costs several times more per month.
Is lemlist worth it?
lemlist is worth the price if you use what the price pays for: LinkedIn steps and calls in the same sequence, a large lead database, or tens of thousands of emails a month. It is hard to justify if you send a few hundred personal emails a month, because most of the plan goes unused. Write down the features you used last month before you decide.
Test the workflow before switching
Use a small audience and an inbox you control to evaluate the handoff. In Reach-book.com, create a prospect, review the address, write the first email and a follow-up, and inspect the campaign’s audience and schedule before launch. Send the test, reply from your receiving account, and check that the response appears in Inbox. Reply checks run on a schedule, every ten minutes by default.
Next, ask another teammate to take over. Grant the mailbox’s Read conversations permission, assign the prospect, and leave an internal note with the next action. Assignment alone does not provide mailbox access. The screenshot above shows the conversation and prospect details in our fictional demo workspace; its sample replies do not establish a response rate.
Repeat an equivalent test in lemlist with the plan you intend to buy. Note how your team reviews messages, finds the original conversation and handles a request to stop. We have not run a controlled deliverability or reply-rate comparison between the products, so those are tests for your own evaluation rather than a claimed Reach-book.com advantage.
Reach-book.com campaigns support up to 500 prospects, ten email steps and twenty sender mailboxes. Check those limits against your normal campaigns. Its inbox covers outreach threads the app started, rather than all mail in the connected account. If you need a general support inbox, treat that as a separate requirement.
Trials
lemlist's 14-day trial needs no card. Reach-book.com's 7-day trial needs a card and is available once per new workspace owner.
