Reach-book.com is our product. We took every Hunter figure from Hunter's own pricing page and help center on 4 October 2026, when Hunter showed prices in euros; Hunter changes the currency by location, so you may see dollars.
The short answer
Pick Hunter if your main job is finding and verifying email addresses in volume, and you already have somewhere else to write, send and track the emails. Per lookup, Hunter is better value than Reach-book.com.
Pick Reach-book.com if you want the email address and everything after it in one place: research on the company, an AI draft you approve, a follow-up sequence from your own Gmail or Microsoft 365 mailbox, a shared inbox for replies, and meetings and deals recorded against each prospect.
Prices and credits

| Reach-book.com Team | €79 | €71.10 | 250 email lookups and 250 enrichments, 10 seats |
On Hunter, finding an email costs 1 credit and verifying one costs 0.5 credits. Every Hunter plan, including Free, allows unlimited team members. Hunter sells Inbox Protection as an add-on; its price was not listed on the pricing page when we checked.
The table makes the trade-off plain. If you need 2,000 addresses a month, Hunter Starter costs less than any Reach-book.com plan that comes close. Reach-book.com is priced for teams that contact fewer people with more care, and the plan also covers the writing, sending, inbox and sales reporting you would otherwise buy separately. Extra lookups come in packs of 100 for €16. Current plans are on our pricing page.
What each product does
Hunter lists these products on its site: Discover (lead search), Domain Search, Email Finder, Email Verifier, Signals (intent data), TechLookup, Sequences, an AI writing assistant and email warm-up. It connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Zapier, Google Sheets and browser extensions, and has an API.
Reach-book.com covers:
- Lead finder: search by company, name, role or LinkedIn profile, with company website research added to each prospect.
- Verified email lookups: each address shows its status before you send.
- Customer checks: compare prospects with your own customer database before outreach.
- AI email writer: drafts from the prospect's research and your business profile, through a review queue you approve.
- Email sequences: visual workflows with delays and conditions, sending hours, A/B tests and automatic stops on reply, bounce or unsubscribe.
- Shared inbox: replies from Gmail and Microsoft 365, assignment, notes, reminders and AI reply suggestions you send yourself.
- Sales reporting: bookings, opportunity value and won or lost outcomes.
- Integrations: HubSpot, Calendly, an API and signed webhooks.
Hunter does not list a CRM-style shared inbox or deal tracking; Reach-book.com does not offer a browser extension, Google Sheets add-on or Salesforce sync.
Accuracy: no tool can promise every address
Hunter says plainly that on catch-all ("accept-all") domains, which accept mail for any address, "no verification tool, including Hunter, can fully confirm deliverability". The same limit applies to Reach-book.com and every other finder, because the receiving server never says whether the mailbox exists. Our guide on how to find someone's email address explains how verification works and what to do with a catch-all result.
What Hunter users say
Hunter scored 4.6 out of 5 from 713 reviews on Capterra and 4.2 out of 5 from 346 reviews on Trustpilot when we checked. Reviewers praise ease of use, accuracy and value for small teams. The complaints are fewer integrations than some competitors, big jumps between pricing tiers, some missing or outdated contacts, and Inbox Protection costing extra.
Using both
Plenty of teams keep Hunter for bulk address finding and send from somewhere else. You can do that with Reach-book.com: export from Hunter as CSV, import into Reach-book.com with column mapping, and the imported prospects go through research, drafting and sequences like any other. You then spend Reach-book.com lookups only on the people Hunter could not find.
How to test both on your own list
Accuracy claims mean little until you try them on the companies you sell to. A fair test takes an afternoon:
- Pick 30 target prospects you already know the right person for, mixed across the countries and company sizes you sell to.
- Look each one up in Hunter's free plan and in a Reach-book.com trial.
- Count, for each tool: addresses found, addresses marked valid, and addresses marked accept-all or unknown.
- Send a short, personal email to the valid ones from your real mailbox and count bounces over the next three days.
Found plus delivered on your own market is the only accuracy figure that matters. If Hunter finds noticeably more on your list, use it for finding and import the results; if both find a similar share, the deciding question is whether you also want the writing, sending and reply handling in the same place.
Which one to choose
Choose Hunter for volume email finding, a free plan, unlimited team members and the widest range of integrations.
Choose Reach-book.com when the bottleneck is what happens after you have the address: writing a personal email for each prospect, following up on time from your own mailbox, and making sure the team answers every reply and records the outcome. Our 7-day trial needs a card and is available once per new workspace owner.
