1. Using the test service
These terms describe access to Reach-book.com during testing. The service helps you research business contacts, prepare email outreach, manage sequences, and follow conversations. Features may change or be interrupted. Keep your own copies of information you need. Contact the project operator in Germany at [email protected].
You must be an adult and have authority to act for any workspace or organization you represent. Access may be limited to invited users. A planned company is not the current contracting party. We will identify any future company and communicate proposed contractual changes before it takes over the service.
2. Accounts and connected services
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and report suspected misuse. Workspace administrators are responsible for granting appropriate access and removing it when no longer needed. Connect only mailboxes, databases, and other services you are authorized to use.
Mailbox and integration permissions let Reach-book.com perform the actions you request, including approved scheduled sends and reply checks. Review recipients, content, sender accounts, schedules, and permissions before approval. You can pause campaigns or disconnect integrations. Messages already sent cannot be recalled by disconnecting a mailbox.
3. Lawful outreach and acceptable use
You are responsible for establishing a lawful basis for the personal data you upload or obtain and for complying with applicable privacy, marketing, and electronic communications laws. A publicly listed address, verification result, or business role does not by itself authorize unsolicited email. Provide required sender information and privacy notices and honor objections and unsubscribe requests.
Do not use the service for spam, phishing, impersonation, fraud, harassment, unlawful discrimination, malware, or infringement of others’ rights. Do not bypass sending limits, suppression lists, permissions, or security controls. Do not upload sensitive personal data or children’s data unless you have agreed suitable arrangements with the operator.
Third-party providers have their own terms and restrictions. You must follow the rules of your connected email and other providers. Delivery, inbox placement, data accuracy, and replies are not guaranteed.
4. Your content and AI output
You keep your rights in the content you provide. You authorize the processing and transmission needed to provide the features you request, subject to the privacy policy and any applicable data processing agreement. This permission does not authorize sale of your private mailbox content or generalized AI training on Google user data.
AI output and contact research can be incorrect or incomplete. Check facts, personal data, claims, and legal requirements before using them. You remain responsible for messages and actions you approve. Our interface, software, and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual property law.
5. Test access and any paid features
Testing status does not by itself establish a price, free trial, or payment obligation. Any paid subscription requires a separate checkout or express agreement showing the price, billing interval, included usage, and applicable conditions. No future company formation automatically authorizes a charge.
If you purchase a subscription, review its renewal and cancellation terms at checkout and use the available billing controls or contact us for help. Charges from your mailbox, domain, or other independent providers are separate. Statutory cancellation, refund, and consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Privacy and workspace data
The privacy policy explains collection, use, sharing, retention, Google API restrictions, and your choices. These terms do not replace a data processing agreement where one is required. Contact us to arrange the required terms before processing personal data on behalf of another organization.
Disconnecting an integration stops future access through that connection; it does not erase stored workspace history or third-party copies. Request export or deletion at [email protected]. Workspace ownership and shared records may require assistance before an account can be deleted.
7. Suspension and ending access
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security issue, a legal requirement, or a provider restriction. We will explain the reason and give notice where reasonably possible and legally permitted. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
You can stop using the service, pause scheduled outreach, and request account closure. If we end the test project, we will notify affected users and explain available export and deletion arrangements. Ending access does not remove lawful retention duties or your privacy rights.
8. Responsibility and applicable law
The test service may contain errors and experience downtime. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular outreach result. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory statutory liability.
German law applies to the extent a choice of law is permitted. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections under the law of their habitual residence or restrict mandatory jurisdiction rules. Contact [email protected] to raise a dispute or question.
9. Changes to these terms
We will publish updates with a revised date and communicate material changes before they apply. Where your agreement is required, we will request it. A change in project status or formation of a company does not automatically replace your existing rights or agreements.
