Yes. A new workspace owner can start a 7-day trial on any plan from Billing. A card is required, and Stripe shows the first charge date and price before you start. The trial includes 10 email lookup credits, 10 enrichment credits and about 30 AI-written emails in total, for up to 3 people on a team plan. Cancel renewal before the trial ends to avoid the charge.
Yes. The workspace owner can cancel renewal from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Your workspace members draw from the same pool of email lookup credits, enrichment credits, and AI tokens. You can see usage and remaining allowances in your workspace.
Credit use depends on the search. Decision-maker searches can cost more than a named-person lookup, and domain searches use enrichment credits. AI writing uses tokens. Your workspace shows usage and remaining balances.
AI writing draws from your workspace's AI tokens. One email with a revision uses about 7,000. When the allowance runs out, the workspace owner can buy extra AI emails in Billing. Extra credits last until the end of the current billing period.
You pay once for the year. The monthly equivalent helps you compare plans, and each annual card shows the full yearly charge. Any savings shown compare matching plans against 12 monthly payments. Annual credits cover the full billing year.
Active workspace members can view billing information. Only the workspace owner can start checkout or manage the subscription through the billing portal.
