Before you decide
Which mailboxes can I connect?
Gmail and Microsoft 365 support sending, mailbox drafts, and outreach reply sync. SMTP supports sending only, so remote drafts, reply sync, and automated follow-up campaigns are unavailable for SMTP mailboxes.
Does Reach-book.com send email from its own servers?
No. Outreach goes out from your connected Gmail, Microsoft 365, or SMTP mailbox, and prospects reply to that mailbox. Gmail and Microsoft 365 replies sync back into the shared inbox.
How does the HubSpot sync work?
Reach-book.com shows the proposed contact changes first. A workspace admin reviews the differences and applies the sync; nothing changes in HubSpot until then.
What does the Calendly integration record?
Add your Calendly link to an email. When a prospect books, the meeting is recorded next to the prospect and the conversation that led to it.
Can I connect my own tools?
Yes. Workspace API tokens carry permissions and an expiry date, and signed webhooks notify your systems about supported outreach and sales events. You can also connect your customer database to check existing relationships before outreach.
